The Tower Road corridor — where Denver Airport parking lives
Denver's off-airport parking ecosystem is unusually concentrated. Almost every major private lot is located within a 2-mile stretch of Tower Road (N. Tower Rd), Aurora, CO 80011. This road runs parallel to the east side of DIA, connecting I-70 to Pena Boulevard. The lots benefit from proximity to the airport while sitting on significantly cheaper commercial land than the on-airport properties.

Driving directions to DEN off-airport parking from I-70
The standard approach from Denver and most Colorado cities is via I-70 East. Follow these steps:
- Take I-70 East from Denver toward DIA.
- Take Exit 285 (Tower Road / Airport Boulevard). This exit appears approximately 5 miles before the main DIA exit on Pena Boulevard.
- Turn north (left) on Tower Road. Most off-airport lots are within 0.5–1.5 miles north of this intersection.
- Follow your lot's specific address or the signs along Tower Road. Canopy, ParkDIA, and Park2Jet are all visible from Tower Road. Fine Airport Parking is a short turn east onto N. Jackson Gap Way.
- WallyPark DEN is closest to Pena Blvd — continue north on Tower Road to the Pena Boulevard intersection area.

Directions from Pena Boulevard (DIA approach road)
If you're already on Pena Boulevard heading toward the terminal, you've passed the Tower Road exit. The simplest approach from Pena:
- On Pena Boulevard heading toward DIA, watch for the Tower Road intersection (well before the terminal).
- Turn south (right) on Tower Road for Canopy, Park2Jet, Fine, and ParkDIA.
- WallyPark DEN is very close to the Pena / Tower Road intersection — look for their signage as you approach.
Coming from Fort Collins, Boulder, or north of Denver
From the north (Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder area), the most common approach is via US-36 East to I-270 East to I-70 East, then Exit 285 as described above. Some travelers from Boulder also use E-470 South to I-70 East. Both routes converge at the Tower Road exit.
Coming from Colorado Springs or south of Denver
From Colorado Springs and the southern suburbs, take I-25 North to I-225 North to I-70 East, then Exit 285. Alternatively, E-470 North provides a toll-road shortcut from the south Denver suburbs directly to the Tower Road / Pena Boulevard area without entering downtown traffic. E-470 adds a toll but saves time from locations like Castle Rock, Parker, and Lone Tree.
DIA's own parking — on-airport locations
If you're using DIA's own parking options, these are accessed directly via Pena Boulevard to the terminal:
- DIA Economy Lot: Located at Pena Station, on the east side of the terminal complex. Follow signs for 'Economy Parking' on Pena Boulevard.
- DIA Covered Garage: Directly attached to the Jeppesen Terminal. Follow 'Terminal Parking' or 'Garage' signs on Pena Boulevard.
- DIA Valet: Curbside at the Jeppesen Terminal departures level (Level 6).
