Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Windy Parking (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service description
Windy Parking is a comparison platform that helps travelers find and compare parking options near airports and venues in Denver and Chicago. Actual parking is provided by third-party lots and operators — we facilitate discovery and booking but do not own or operate parking facilities ourselves.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or make a booking.
Account and email use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate and current information when signing up.
Booking and payment
Parking reservations are fulfilled by the operating lot. Refunds, cancellations, and changes are handled by the operating lot, subject to that lot's policies. Windy Parking does not provide refunds directly except in cases where we caused an error in the booking process.
Promotional codes
- 25% off first booking, one per customer.
- No cash value; not transferable.
- May not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Windy Parking reserves the right to modify or end promotions at any time.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We display third-party data including lot availability, security claims, shuttle wait times, prices, and amenities. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Lot conditions, prices, and availability change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Windy Parking's total liability for any claim arising from the Service or a booking is limited to the price you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost flights, vehicle damage, or theft at third-party lots.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Windy Parking harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property claims.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
