Denver Airport Terminal Map — Jeppesen Inside and Out

Denver International Airport has one sprawling, iconic terminal: Jeppesen Terminal, topped by 34 white fabric peaks that echo the snowy Rockies. This guide walks through Jeppesen level by level, explains the train to the three concourses, and shows where every service lives.

Jeppesen Terminal — level by level

LevelWhat's here
Level 6Departures curbside, check-in counters (all airlines), ticketing, North & South TSA checkpoints, A-Bridge
Level 5Ground transportation islands (Uber/Lyft/taxi/shuttle), covered walkway to parking garage
Level 4Arrivals curbside, baggage claim carousels, meeter-greeter area, car rental counters
Level 3Meeting rooms, airline offices (not public)
Level 2Train platform (AGTS) to Concourses A, B, C
Level 1RTD A Line rail station to downtown Denver; food court access

The three concourses

All three concourses are separate buildings. You cannot walk from one to another without going back through Jeppesen or (for A) over the pedestrian bridge.

  • Concourse A — 50+ gates. International carriers, Alaska, JetBlue, and some regional routes. Reachable by train (2 minutes) or the covered walking bridge from Level 6 of Jeppesen.
  • Concourse B — 70+ gates. United Airlines hub; largest concourse by gate count. Train only.
  • Concourse C — 50+ gates. Southwest, American, Delta, Spirit, Frontier, Sun Country. Train only.

The underground train (AGTS)

The Automated Guideway Transit System runs continuously under the airfield. Boarding is on Level 2 of Jeppesen. Approximate ride times:

  • Jeppesen → Concourse A: 2 minutes
  • Jeppesen → Concourse B: 3 minutes
  • Jeppesen → Concourse C: 5 minutes

Trains arrive every 90 seconds during peak hours. If you are on Concourse A and prefer to walk, the pedestrian bridge from Level 6 takes about 6 minutes and gives you a great view of the runway.

Where to find key services in Jeppesen

  • Check-in & bag drop — Level 6. North half and South half depending on airline; your boarding pass says which.
  • Security — Level 6 (North & South checkpoints) plus A-Bridge on the east side.
  • Baggage claim — Level 4, south end for most domestic; north end for international.
  • Car rental — Level 4 arrivals hall; shuttle to off-site lots or counter-only pickup for some brands.
  • Train to downtown — Level 1 (A Line).
  • Information desks — Level 6 center, Level 4 center.

Getting to the terminal from your car

If you parked in the attached covered garage, use the elevators on each level — they drop you directly into Jeppesen. From any off-airport lot (Canopy, ParkDIA, etc.), your free shuttle drops you on Level 5. If you used off-airport parking, walk up one level to Departures. From the A Line, walk up from Level 1 to Level 6 via escalator.
